Notre client est un équipementier automobile international de rang 1, il conçoit, développe et fabrique principalement des systèmes mécatroniques innovants pour les constructeurs du monde entier. Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, nous recherchons, un/une Ingénieur Qualité Garantie
Mission principale:
-Coordinate and or take the lead for new warranty issues by raising and validating the WLR with the factory and the Europe warranty and Zero km manager
*Assure the regular updates of the warranty issue with corporate and regional warranty managers
* Ensure all necessary information is documented (Mandatory 8D, Lesson Learned resulting form the issue, deployment)
* Partcipate to each quarterly warranty meeting with all regions to focus on the most important issues
* Participate actively to the yearly RPP
* Support the plant quality managers, Quality directors and corparate warranty manager for all open issues and manage issues until closure and ensure 8Ds and Lesson learned are documented properly and remain available upon request
-Coordinate and or take the lead for new Okm incidents (German OEM) occured within the region in order to reduce and provide the best quality performance by
* Updating matrix for all incidents with detailed information until closure
* Verifying OEM portals are up to date
* Ensuring 8Ds are completed and well documented (occurrence and non detection )
* Ensuring that Lesson Learned are documented and proposed to corporate warranty team for wide distribution
* Being proactive in updating every day the open action plans with detailed and concise data
* Participating to any meeting with OEM when necessary
Profil :
Issue d’une formation Ingénieur à dominante mécanique avec une spécialité qualité, vous possédez une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans l’industrie (automobile de préférence). Vous savez lire des plans, connaissez la cotation ISO et êtes attiré par un poste évolutif.
Connaissance des référentiels qualité (FIEV, VDA 6.3, ISO TS,…) / Maitrise des outils qualité : AMDEC process, 8D, Audits de processus / Connaissances process (plastique, métal,…)

Bonnes compétences en Anglais impératives
